Amanda Third

Amanda Third is Professorial Research Fellow and Co-Director of the Young & Resilient Research Centre at Western Sydney University and Faculty Associate in the Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University. Amanda has led research and consultation with children in over 80 countries, primarily in the global South, to explore their digital practices and channel their insights into policy and practice. Amanda is an expert member of YouTube’s Youth and Families Advisory and an expert advisor to the Australian eSafety Commissioner’s longitudinal evaluation of the implementation of the social media age restrictions.
