Arnav Nigam works at the intersection of technology, policy, and human-centered innovation. His expertise spans digital public infrastructure (DPI), AI and data governance, and inclusive tech policy design. He currently serves as an Associate Consultant at the Center for Responsible Technologies at Microsave Consulting (MSC), where he has led and
contributed to initiatives shaping the future of digital identity and responsible AI in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs)—including strategy development for DPI for AI and continent-wide digital ID hackathons across Africa that foster local capacity-building and co-create impactful, context-driven use cases.
