Daniel Arias Rivera

Daniel Arias Rivera is a Colombian lawyer and international human rights specialist focused on AI governance, technology policy, and responsible AI. He teaches Human Rights and Technological Power in the International Order at Andes University and writes on technology, human rights, and governance. He has completed AI policy training at the Center for AI and Digital Policy in Washington D. C. (CAIDP).
