David Brody

David Brody is a civil rights and technology legal expert affiliated with the Multiracial Democracy Project at George Washington University Law School. He is the founder and former director of the Digital Justice Initiative at the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law. He previously served in the Federal Communications Commission, where he worked on broadband privacy and other regulatory matters.
