David Klotsonis

David Klotsonis is the Deputy Director of the Online Expression and Civic Space Programme at the Centre for Democracy & Technology Europe. He focuses on research and advocacy on the Digital Services Act and the Regulation on the Targeting and Transparency of Political Advertising. David’s work has touched on multiple facets of digital policy such as civic tech, transatlantic AI governance and online disinformation. David holds a MSc in Political Science from Leiden University and a BA in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Amsterdam University College, where he majored in Political Science and International Relations.
