Ebani Dhawan is a technology policy analyst and science writer focused on AI governance, neurotechnology, and the integration of life sciences with emerging technologies. She holds a Master’s in Science and Technology Policy from Duke University, where she worked on the data brokerage landscape and cybersecurity capacity building in the GCC. She is an associate at The Centre for Neurotechnology and Law.
