Eduardo Aguirre Mercado holds an LL.M. in Technology Law and Innovation from the University of Groningen, in the Netherlands, and an LL.B. from the Center for Research and Teaching in Economics. He has experience in privacy and data protection, as well as in research, addressing issues of accountability in artificial intelligence, neuro-rights, and international law.
