Eloïse Gabadou

Since 2018, Eloïse Gabadou has worked with the OECD, the French Development Agency, and Open Source Politics on participatory and deliberative practices, tech, and data governance. She’s advocated for democratically-governed technologies in her teaching at Sciences Po and at international conferences. She co-authored policy reports on democratic innovations, emerging tech, and deliberation. Since 2024, she focuses on AI governance and democratic alignment, collaborating with foundations like Eticas and the AI and Democracy Foundation on AI auditing and corporate governance.
