Haakon Huynh

Haakon Huynh is a New York-based researcher focused on AI, digital infrastructure, and public policy in the Global South. He holds a Master’s degree from Columbia University and has previously worked with the Norwegian Foreign Ministry and the United Nations in Geneva. His work explores how emerging technologies affect public accountability, privacy and state–market relations. The views expressed here are his own.
