Isabel Linzer

Isabel Linzer is an elections and democracy policy analyst at the Center for Democracy & Technology, where her portfolio includes information resilience, AI and elections, political influencers on social media, and related trust and safety issues. Isabel has worked on a range of tech and human rights issues in previous roles with Freedom House, the National Democratic Institute, and the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights. She holds a master’s degree in public policy from Yale University and a bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan University.
