Jesper Frant

Jesper Frant currently serves as WPS AI Product Manager at Our Secure Future, where he leads the WPS AI Evaluation Benchmark — the first open, methodologically rigorous benchmark for assessing large language model performance on Women, Peace and Security scenarios. Jesper drives initiatives that advance inclusive, ethical, and human-centered AI ecosystems to ensure technology strengthens gender equality and global security. His research documenting the "WPS competency gap" in frontier AI models has informed engagements with the OAS and NATO. Prior to this, he spent nearly a decade at the National Democratic Institute leading programs in digital security, information integrity, and civic technology globally.
