John Matheson

John Matheson is Senior Fellow, Tech Policy, at McGill University's Centre for Media, Technology, and Democracy, and Canada Director at Reset Tech. He is also co-founder of Canadians for Digital Sovereignty. He previously held various roles in the Canadian government at the Department of Innovation, Science, and Industry, the Office of the Leader of the Government in the House of Commons, and the Department of Canadian Heritage, where he served as Chief of Staff to the Minister. Reset Tech has provided grant funding to Tech Policy Press.
