Judit Bayer

Judit Bayer is an associate professor of media law and international law at the Budapest Business School, Hungary. Her research field is the intersection of digital technology and human rights. Recently, she has focused on AI and human rights, platform regulation, and media freedom and pluralism. She has a PhD and habilitation in constitutional law. Judit Bayer has authored several books, public policy papers, and academic articles. She is an experienced speaker at conferences and public lectures, as well as a university lecturer.
