Khadija Alam is an investigative data journalist focused on AI, internet access, and surveillance. She was previously a data reporter at Rest of World covering the impacts of technology in the Global South, and at OpenSecrets covering political influence. She has a Master’s degree from Columbia Journalism School where she was a Toni Stabile Investigative Reporting Fellow.
