Leah Frazier

Leah Frazier is the Director of the Digital Justice Initiative at the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, where she oversees litigation and engages in policy advocacy at the intersection of racial justice, emerging technology, and privacy. She previously worked at the Federal Trade Commission in several roles, including attorney advisor to former Chair Lina Khan, counsel to the Director of the Bureau of Consumer Protection, and litigating attorney in the Division of Privacy and Identity Protection and the Division of Financial Practices. In those capacities, she covered a wide range of issues matters, including algorithmic bias, facial recognition technology, data practices, and consumer financial services.
