Leandro Ucciferri

Leandro Ucciferri is the Deputy Director at Ranking Digital Rights (RDR). He joined RDR in 2021 as Global Partnerships Manager, focused on nurturing our work with civil society organizations around the world. He has also led RDR’s initiatives with CSOs, supported engagement with investor groups, and liaised with the companies assessed in the RDR Index. Leandro is a lawyer and digital rights advocate with a decade of experience working in the tech and human rights space. Before joining RDR, he was a researcher and project officer at the Association for Civil Rights (ADC), a non-profit based in Argentina. At ADC, Leandro managed research projects and advocacy campaigns focused on the right to privacy in the digital age. He has published reports covering issues such as biometrics, encryption, surveillance, cybersecurity, financial technologies, and digital identity. He is originally from Argentina.
