Mark Fenwick

Mark Fenwick is Professor of International Business Law at Kyushu University Faculty of Law. His primary research interests are in the fields of technologies and business regulation in a networked age, and law and social theory. He is an author or editor of 20 books and more than 80 law review articles. He has also completed research on business regulation for the EU, the OECD, and the World Bank. He has a master’s and Ph.D. from the Faculty of Law, University of Cambridge (Queens’ College), and has been a visiting professor at Duke University, the University of Hong Kong, Shanghai University of Finance & Economics, the National University of Singapore, Chulalongkorn University, and Tilburg University.
