Melissa Hopkins

Melissa Hopkins is the Health Security Policy Advisor at the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security and an Assistant Scientist in the Department of Environmental Health and Engineering at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She is a Tech Policy Fellow with the UC Berkeley Goldman School of Public Policy. Hopkins has a JD from The George Washington Law School and received dual degrees in Psychology and Philosophy, summa cum laude, from Bucknell University.
