Ninsiima Melissa is a legal researcher and policy analyst focused on the intersection of emerging technologies, law and policy, particularly global developments in frontier AI capabilities and the evolving digital landscape of the Global South. She is currently a research fellow at the Information Society Law Center, University of Milan.
