Pedro Tavares is Co-Founder and CEO of GovHorizon, a platform that uses AI to analyze governance and policy trends for strategic decision-making across public and private sectors. He specializes in digital governance, AI policy frameworks, and creating citizen-oriented initiatives that deliver purposeful impact. Pedro served as Portugal's Secretary of State for Justice until April 2024, where he launched Europe's first GovTech program.
