Rose Payne

Rose Payne is a Policy and Advocacy Lead at Global Partners Digital. Previously to GPD she worked in advocacy and research-focused roles at the International Chamber of Commerce, GSMA, and the United Nations Capital Development Fund, particularly focusing on improving access to digital technologies and promoting responsible technology use. She holds an MSc from the Oxford Internet Institute at the University of Oxford, and a BA from University of Oxford.
