Sarah Barrington

Sarah Barrington is a Ph.D. Student in Information & Computer Science at the University of California, Berkeley, where she specializes in generative AI & deepfake analysis. She is part of Professor Hany Farid’s digital forensics lab and has engaged globally with policy makers and industry leaders. Prior to her Ph.D., Sarah completed two master's degrees from the University of Cambridge (General Engineering) and Berkeley (Fulbright Scholar, Information Science), and worked as a Machine Learning Engineer and Data Scientist at McLaren.
