Taras Kovalchuk

Taras Kovalchuk is an independent AI governance researcher with a background in EU regulatory practice, technology policy, international law, and anti-corruption. He has previously worked with De.Fi, the International Chamber of Commerce, Transparency International, and Asters. He studied EU law at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and Leiden University.
