Tayrine dos Santos Dias

Tayrine dos Santos Dias is the Research Manager at Ranking Digital Rights (RDR). She completed a PhD in Information and Knowledge Society at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. Previously, she conducted research at the World Benchmarking Alliance, specializing in gender-related risks and harms linked to tech companies and supporting the development of the 2026 Digital Inclusion Benchmark. She has coordinated or co-led numerous research projects focusing on data feminism, digital participation, digital inclusion and other topics for EU Horizon 2020 projects, Wikimedia Foundation, Open Society Foundation, and other organizations in Spain and Brazil. Tayrine also holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Brasília. She is originally from Brazil.
