Thomas Hughes

Thomas Hughes is the CEO of Appeals Centre Europe, an out-of-court dispute settlement (ODS) body for social media platforms established under the EU Digital Services Act. Hughes was previously the founding Director at the Oversight Board, set up by Meta as an independent self-regulatory body to oversee content moderation decisions on Meta platforms.
