Todd Davies

Todd Davies is a PhD candidate in competition law at University College London. His research focuses on theories of exclusionary abuse under Article 102 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU). He also works on digital market regulation more broadly, with a particular focus on the EU’s Digital Markets Act. He holds degrees in computer science and political science, and previously worked as a professional software engineer.
