Victoire Rio

Victoire Rio is the founder and executive director of WHAT TO FIX, a nonprofit working to bridge the gap between issues on the frontlines of digital harms and systemic regulatory solutions. She previously worked in Myanmar, where she led the Myanmar Tech Accountability Network.
